Sunshine Nation 8 強昨晚抵達加拿大中文電台進行簽約儀式，金筆一揮，正式成為 2013 Sunshine Boyz & Girlz。 簽約前，大會先跟他們講解未來兩個月的儀態、口才、體力及舞蹈訓練詳情及宣傳活動細節。

Let's give a big hand to our 2013 Sunshine Boyz & Girlz. In the next two months, they are going to work hard in all aspects and  transform themselves into iconic teen idols with charismatic personality.  On August 2, they will meet the public the first time and you can watch their self introduction video on Sunshine Nation official website. 

Sunshine Nation 招募階段於上星期五結束，今年參加的人數比往年多，而男女生的質數亦比去年優勝。星期六的面試由 AM1470 DJ Mary 盧玉鳳、HoHo 何活權及 FM96.1 國語節目監製捷穎「監考」。

經過幾小時的甄選後，三位評判從眾多參賽者中挑選出最有潛質的 4 男 4 女，成為 2013 Sunshine Nation 8 強，進入第二階段的地獄式訓練。第一次當 Sunshine Nation 面試評審的捷穎笑說:「原來要挑選 Best of the Best 真的一點也不容易啊！」

專為 8 位 Sunshine Boyz & Girlz 度身訂造的特訓於今晚正式展開，首課是儀態訓練。他們要盡量吸取導師所教的 posing technique，為這個星期六的拍攝宣傳硬照作充份準備。Smile, pose! Very nice...
